My order is damaged/incomplete
As long as you notify us within 30 days from delivery date, we can replace it for FREE.
* For damaged, missing or delivered but not received packages shipped via Fedex, you must notify us within 15 days from delivery date.
When will I get my refund?
Once approved, Paypal refunds are posted in 1-2 business days while credit cards will take 5-10 business days.
How can I return my order?
We understand returns happen. If you wish to return your order, please do it within 30 days from delivery date and contact us via email at customerservice@daycheerland.net for the return instructions.

Can I refuse the package?
Refusing the delivery will result to the order not being tracked properly for return. If you wish to return the product, do it within 30 days from delivery date and contact us via email a customerservice@daycheerland.net for the return instructions.
Can I change/cancel my order?
Contact us within 24 hours upon placing your order if you plan on making changes to it. If your order is already processed, we are sorry but we can no longer make any changes to it. We prioritize shipping your orders as quickly as possible and have the understanding that you want the same.

Do I need a PayPal account to make payment?
No, you don't need a Paypal account to order with us. You can pay using credit or debit cards from Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners, Discover or JCB.

How do I place an order?
Browse our website for products you want to purchase. Click BUY IT NOW if you will only buy one item and ADD TO CART if you have multiple items to buy. Supply the needed info to complete your order and proceed to check out.
Which currency are you using on your website?
By default, we use US Dollar. Our system will convert your payment automatically using your local currency upon checkout.

What couriers do you use?
We're quite dynamic when it comes to choosing our couriers. As much as possible, we use local couriers. There are instances though where we tap other couriers to ensure safety and timely delivery of your order.

We accept and deliver orders from all over the world except for military areas.
Why is my shipment status unchanged?
Shipment status relies on the courier's ability to update and deliver your order. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it will be in the courier's hand. There might be delays due to unforeseen circumstances. You can continue to track your order at our website or you can also check it with your local courier. Contact us via email if you have other questions.
Why can't I track my order on your website?
It takes a maximum of 5 days before the status of your order is updated in our website. If you check it within 5 business days, it is highly likely that your order is not yet updated. We try our best to update our customers with their orders in every step but if there are times that the order is not available, please try it again later. Please contact us by email if you have other questions.
When will my tracking information appear?
After receiving your order tracking details (order number and tracking number), you can already start monitoring your order. Take note though that order status is usually updated within 24-72 hours to ensure accuracy as we are processing thousands of orders daily.
How can I track my order?
We will send your order details, including your tracking number to your email address 3-5 business days from order date. You can track your order here or via our partner courier's website.
What is the price of shipping?
Shipping fees are as follows:
US mainland: US$4.99 per order
Other Countries, US States and Territories: US$4.99
We also offer free shipping for orders amounting to $49.99 (excluding shipping fee) and processed directly from our website.

A: Orders to these countries can still be fulfilled through FedEx or DHL for an additional fee. These courier services are equipped to handle shipments to these destinations efficiently and in compliance with relevant regulations.
Q: How much will the additional shipping fee be?
A: The additional shipping fee varies depending on the weight of the package, the destination country, and the courier service chosen (FedEx or DHL). You will be informed about the exact amount of the additional fee after placing the order. You can also inform us ahead of the shipping address (city, country, zip code) and we can check the starting FedEx/DHL shipping fee.
